QUALITY IS OUR PRIORITY
Waggaman is dedicated to manufacturing and supplying high-quality products that consistently meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. We adhere to our ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System, which places a strong emphasis on quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.
To ensure accuracy and timeliness, we prioritize quality from the beginning of the process, starting with bid estimates, quotes, and customer communication. We also conduct thorough reviews of orders and drawings, as well as prepare detailed shop packages.
Throughout the manufacturing process, our dedicated Quality personnel performs regular inspections and tests at various stages, including Level II Visual Weld inspections, Level II NDE, PMI, spring testing, density testing of PUF, coating inspections, and receiving inspections. We also carefully monitor all fabrication operations, including final assembly and packaging.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
AT C&P, Waggaman renewed its emphasis on Quality and Continuous Improvement by implementing an ISO 9001:2015 Certifed Quality Management System in 2017. To this day we continue to make improvements and strive for excellence in all of our processes so that we may better meet our customer requirements and expectations of quality products and superior customer service.
