Our pipe support hardware is fully compatible with our engineered hangers, ensuring seamless integration and reliable performance. They can also be used as standalone components for rigid hangers and supports. All of our designs are in accordance with ASME B31.1 and MSS-SP 58, so you can be confident that you are getting the highest quality products.specializes in alloy steel and custom diameter pipe clamps, U-bolts, and other custom hangers to meet your specific requirements.

For applications that require superior corrosion resistance, our full line of products is also available in Stainless Steel, including 304, 304L, and grade 316 Stainless Steel. This ensures that your pipe support hardware is designed to withstand even the harshest environments and maintain its performance over time.

CLEVIS HANGER

Designed to support stationary lines from above, allowing for approximately 1” to 1-1/2” of vertical adjustment after the pipe is in place. The lower load nut (not furnished), adjusts the pipeline to the proper elevation while the top load nut (not furnished), prevents loosening due to vibration, and must be installed, and tightened securely, to assure proper hanger performance.

  • Oversized Clevis Hangers may require insulation insert to prevent concentrated loading and deformation of the U-Strap. Pipe Spacers and Insulation Inserts are available from C&P. The Figure 100PVC is only PVC coated on the contact surface of the pipe; completely coated PVC hangers are available, as a special order. Figure 100F is normally furnished electro-galvanized.
  • Clevis Hangers for Copper Tubing, A.W.W.A. pipe, stainless steel pipe, with Pre-insulation, with Insulation Shields, Ductile Iron pipe, Cast Iron pipe, and felt lined are, also, available from C&P.

STEEL BEAM CLAMP WITH WELDLESS EYENUT

The Figure 297 beam clamp with eye nut is used when welding to the structure is prohibited for supports where some movement is expected. The clamping effect is produced by the “ice tong” action of the arms and is locked in place by the through bolt located just under the beam flange.

Material: Carbon Steel with Froged Steel Eyenut.

Compliance : Federal Specification A-A-1192A Type 28, MSS-SP-69 Type 28 and BSPSS-BS3974

Finish: Plain, Painted, Hoy-Dip Galvanized
